Cons:
When I signed up for the car which was a one way trip from NY to NC it asked me when I would pick up the vehicle and when I would drop it off. I entered 8:00am pickup on Sunday, drop off before 6:00pm Monday. I dropped off at 4:00pm. Hertz didn't have that information so instead of paying $216 I wound up paying $390 and I am less than happy. $15.75/hr plus addl for anything over 24 hrs. Find this unfair and wrong. The vehicle was great for what we needed. Very comfortable. Was great having heated seats/leather interior and up to date technology.Cons:
Upon pick up there were still candy wrappers from the pervious owners, and a few dirty spots in the car, which I ended up purchasing cleaning wipes for and wiping down myself, given “COVID” these days, I played it safe.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
After I got re-routed to a different airport, my 24-year-old son had to pick up our car instead. I was worried because I thought you had to be 25 to rent. There was a small fee associated with it, but he was able to pick up our car with no problems, last minute. Thank you!10.0 Wonderful

Comfortable little car with some nice acessories. I would rent that size again.Cons:
Did not like the color. Black showed a lot of dirt. Do not like the gas feature of when the car is idling and turns off car to conserve gas.9.6 Wonderful

If i got my refund because I never got to rent the car. That would be nice. They should somehow utilize there software to know if there are any cars for rent. Please help me get my refund. I got my refund from the insurance company for extra insurance but not for the car10.0 Wonderful

Please don’t use this company. I got to the airport in Syracuse and it turns out they don’t function on saturdays. I ended up booking with Avis. I will run the other way if I ever hear of this car rental company againNational
