Staff friendly.

Cons:

Car condition poor. Unsure if sanitized. Dirty with bird poo on windshield. No gas in tank. Smelly. Unwashed car.

Pros:

Dirty, sticky car with used masks and eye lashes inside; sticky wheel.

Cons:

Should be clean, I am not talking disinfested, just pure clean. We asked to use our E-Z pass but got still charged for a toll 3 times the cost for the toll.

Premium SUV

I did not like being surprised with an $1100 deposit for a car that would cost $122 to rent for one night. Yes, you get it back but it’s the principle of the matter and I have never had that happen at a rental company before where the listed deposit is $300 and they are asking $800 more. When I asked why an additional deposit was needed he says, “well, it’s an Escalade.” I didn’t ask for an Escalade, I booked an 8 seater car and would have been fine with a Tahoe or a minivan. It being an Escalade is not a reason; also, it’s an Escalade, not a Bugatti. And the way they kept drilling the point that a credit card is needed and not a debit card made me feel like they saw a Black woman entering and made assumptions and then treated me according those assumptions.
