1.0 Poor
Pros: The rate pf $ 67.00
Cons: The staff, from the get go, the staff appears stressed, unhappy, angry . Ive waited more than an hour outside the front desk due to covid 19. It was extremely cold outside the office. I called for a late check out the next day and nobody seemed to catch my request for late check out & wake up call. . My neighbor was really noisy that night I ended up waking up late like 12noon, by the time I’m done with shower, packing up it’s already past 2pm.. the The second shift staff is a guy Middle Eastern looking for is a very rude.. Why would you keep calling my room five times very irritating I cannot run from this responsibility I’m still here my car was there and he’s acting like I’m somebody who’s going to run for the payment of the room! That’s a very mean treatment to make your customer feel like a criminal and would run from financial responsibility./! This Middle Eastern guy who works at second shift clean cut hair makes me feel like I’m an idiot.. that is really not how you value your customers that’s not how Customer Service should be.: I was going to slap him with my RN License twist face just so that he which stop treating me like I’m stupid.there were some towels down there that was stain they make up in my experience I know that washing the towels stay with make up can still be removed! And he argued with me and that without any option he will just have to charge me from all those towels that staying with make up! I told him that OK fine I will pay for the towels but you have to give me those towels ! In the end he doesn’t want to give the towels I was so upset but he charge me for those towels! So for three days of my stay down there in Mylo that guy who works in second shift, Middle Eastern looking treated me like i’m not a paying customer. Can somebody please tell him ! not to treat their customers like that! TREAT ME LIKE A PAYING CUSTOMER WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT! You should addressed me Miss Frasco!,Mam !MY ROOM WASHARDLY CLEANED! 9.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the location close to Market street and the theatres, the many shops and restaurants.
Cons: The food in the fast food place is ridiculously overpriced. I bought two yogurts, a mini powerade and a cookie for 37 bucks. Also, while the street the hotel is on is really nice, the side street is super seedy with many people sleeping on the sidewalks.

Cons: I was shocked at the final price!!!!! Was NOT expecting it to be $200 more than anticipated even with all the fees that get added!! B
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a great location!
Cons: The walls are paper thin so we could hear what seems like everything going on in the halls and surrounding rooms.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was the best part of this hotel, the game room was nice to have but some of the games were broken
Cons: Rooms were very small and they definitely do not pay attention to details. Patch work in the walls where sloppy, wall paper was pealing, elevators were dirty, cover up paint did not match current paint. I would only give this hotel a 2 1/2-3 star at most
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: It was necessary for me to leave one day earlier than anticipated, do to personal reasons. I requested to check out, one day in advance upon checking in, which was three days prior to date. They refused, charging me for the additional day. Seemed unreason
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel had a lot of fun things for kids to do
4.0 Okay
Pros: Kids game room
Cons: The noise level was atrocious.
6.0 Good
Pros: It was decorated cool.
Cons: The hotel itself was noisy and not very clean. But for the location in San Fran bay I'm sure it was good. I'd rather stay in a smaller city and stay in a nicer place thats less noisy. Thank god for ear plugs.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Great location, decent price for the area.
Cons: We paid extra for a king size bed and were put into a double size MURPHY bed! What a joke, we were so uncomfortable all night and the bed sloped downward toward the head of the bed so the blood was rushing to our head while we slept. Worst night of sleep ever and they had overbooked their hotel so they couldn't move us! I will not be staying there again!
4.0 Okay
Pros: The fees charged for parking are too expensive. Around 40% of the room rate...
Cons: An amenity fee of $25 is surprisedly charged when you checkin.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, right at the Fisherman's Wharf and close to public transport. Was easy walking distance to other parts of San Francisco. It was a pleasant environment and I loved that it had games available and loved the fire pits surrounds by seating for guests to enjoy.

Pros: The beautiful view of Coit Tower, the TransAmerica tower, the whole ENTIRE view of the Golden Gate Bridge. My partner enjoyed the view also
Cons: Nothing to complain about.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Centrally located and excellent service
Cons: I was also charged by the Hotel for the night. I called and they said I'd get reimbursed in 5-7 business days. Its frustrating but I hope it is resolved quickly without any issues
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's history and location made it our runaway first choice. It lived up to its 5 star reputation starting with check in.
Cons: It's an old building; you come up steps to get to the front door. A modern building would have a ramp. But, a ramp would ruin the looks. So you put up with a cumber some handling of your luggage.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Value and Service !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are beautiful!
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was great, along with the entrance/lobby was beautiful.
Cons: The room did not represent a 4 star hotel. There was a huge chip (1x2 in the bathroom countertop and another in the bedside table which the drawer did not open by design. All in all. A standard run of the mill hotel room. Parking was $100/night
7.4 Good
Pros: directly across the street from Union Square, so it’s perfectly walkable
Cons: Parking was atrocious. It took two hours to actually approach the parking garage bc of a traffic logjam, and we never got to actually park our car safely at the hotel. We had to find a random garage a few blocks away. Best bet is to drop your car off very early, or well after check-in time.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love this hotel and have stayed here a handful of times. It is so easy to drive into the city, exit off the bridge and drive right into their valet. Check in is always a breeze. Love the room layout. The large bathroom complete with soaking tub and separate glass enclosed shower is always a treat. I've eaten at Anzu a few times and am always satisfied by the quality they deliver. Try the tempura mushroom app, its amazing. There is a pool and hottub on the roof, but it closes at 10pm and I've never made it on time. This hotel is extremely pet friendly with it's own dog park. There are great restaurants all around the block. Try the italian joint on the corner, Puccini and Pinnetti, loved it both times. You get $10 room credit to Anzu, don't forget to use it.
Cons: I was overcharged the last time I stayed there. Not sure what for. I used express checkout and didn't realize this had happened until I got home. Then I forgot about it until now so not sure if they would have credited me. The valet charged $85 for suv's $75 for cars. Definitely the most I've ever payed to park but the garage is under the hotel and much safer than the alternative for my BMW. Room smelled like cigarette smoke from someone smoking in the adjoining room's bathroom. Smoke cleared when they were done.
4.0 Okay
Cons: The spa supposedly an area of relaxation and quietness (and the main reason why I spent --- dollars on a hotel room) was in fact a playground for a dozen of children splashing water from the pool to the hot tub
10.0 Excellent
Cons: More clarity on the $10 credit. The front desk said I could use it in the restaurant and the restaurant said I could only use it for room service.

5.0 Okay
Pros: It was clean and good location. Lobby was beautiful. The person that checked us in was great.
Cons: Room was small and just okay. Parking was $65 dollars. What really got me was room service. For one order of pancakes and bacon it was $60 after “delivery fee and pre added gratuity”. I was not prepared for that crazy amount.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was cheap
Cons: Parking was very expensive for overnight
4.0 Okay
Cons: Due to the covid 19 and there was no food service and I stayed for 2 nights 3 days, there should have been a mini fridge and microwave in my room. We brought our own food and had no way to store it. Further the phone malfunctioned, rang several times with no one on the other end, we had to unplug it and put it in the hallway. There should have been more coffee available for two people staying for three days so that we didn't have to call the front desk everytime we wanted coffee. Just saying, we probably won't be staying at the hilton again. It was frustrating.

Pros: I honestly did not enjoy my visit
Cons: Update your room pictures mine was nothing like the pictures and let people k ow you have to walk to another hotel for the pool
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location can´t be beat, at the heart of San Francisco, so close to Union Square but also close to a main street like market. We managed to move around just by walking everywhere which was really nice because it allowed us to get to know more of the city. Also there´s a bike rental "baby wheels" on the same street very convinient.
Cons: The place did not offer breakfast incluyed with the room charge, and I would say for people coming to San Francisco for the first time there is a lot of homeless people but it´s just the way it is. I would say be respectful and also aware that most of these people have mental issues so keep your distance but no need to feel insecure.

Cons: Dated hotel and rooms
4.0 Okay
Pros: I booked this trip for my grandson and his boyfriend. His first time in a great hotel. I requested on 2 occasions that there be a king size bed - they had 2 full size beds. The young men are both well over 6 feet, so I was terribly disappointed.
Cons: They left early as they could not get enough sleep.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Room was not as expected and not up to the standard that we ave experienced at Holiday Inn Golden Gateway, a similar hotel in SF. Also, desk clerk made hard up-sell attempt when my wife checked-in. We will not return as there are better options available.
7.0 Good
Pros: Fitness center, friendly staff, proximity to shops and transportation.
Cons: My room was at the end of a hallway with a sound of a radiator and a lot of street noise (room 672). I would have preferred a different room. Aside from that it was fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very centralized to a lot of walkable areas of San Francisco.. close to trolley and public transportation, food and mall area... Hotel was clean and staff was friendly..
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: staff was helpful the last night. I had let the staff know when I registered that I would not be staying in the hotel for a few days but would return at the end of the time. The management rented out the room -had to find us another room to stay.
Cons: Yes, had to wait for another room and last day, the manager said she would alert you of the issue - and that I would receive the last day cost as a reimbursement. I hope you have been alerted about this issue.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location! Attending an event at Cow Palace and this hotel was the perfect choice. Our room was located in the front of the hotel allowing street parking. It was super convenient to not be in the small parking lot.
Cons: The traffic is loud in the room and there isn't carpet so bring house shoes. Overall great experience. We will definitely stay again. The location was excellent and staff was great.
CR DIRTY.
