Room did not have a refrigerator or a coffeemaker. The bed was very hard. The room was clean. But you could see painted over damage to doors and the bathroom door would stick. Light could be seen coming under the door.

Pros (+) The decor was nice, big tv, sheets clean, bed comfy, lots of stations. Mini fridge.
Cons (-) Cleanliness was poor. Poop stains on toilet. Dead bugs. Floor was dirty. WORST PART: OVERHEAD LIGHT JUST RANDOMLY CAME ON ALL NIGHT. Called office at 1:30am, friendly enough lady (underpaid I bet), said there was NOTHING that could be done. Couldn't access lightbulb. I had a sleeping child and we had a 5k at 8 a.m. so I wasn't switching rooms at 2 a.m. I woke up about 10 times in the night to the ...

Pros (+) Staff was friendly, and the location was very convenient
Cons (-) The place feels as if it has been neglected, condition-wise. There was cat litter on the floor and blood on the lamp shades. The bathroom and HVAC unit were both falling apart, but functional. The beds did not have fitted sheets; just multiple sheets laid over the mattress. The comforters were riddled with cigarette holes, even though we opted for a non-smoking room. The connected bar was permanen...

Pros (+) staff, smoking rooms still and the price. Our a.c went out in our house so we git a hotel room for 2 nights just to have a.c. So the price was great for a double bed room. Staff was very nice. The room it self was very old and not updated at all. the one bed was like laying on a box spring, but my kids didn't care! the sink area was falling apart. dressers were very old I wouldn't even use them. Cons (-) The out dated stuff. O yea I forgot I lid on the bed and laid my back against the head board and the dang on thing fell right off the wall!!!!!! Needs some new beds, dressers, carpet and sinks. AND NEW BLANKETS all of our sheets and blankets had holes or burn holes in them my bed didn't even have a fitted sheet on it!!! NEAT CLEAN BLANKETS ARE A MUST. next time I will have my own.

Pros (+) They have stepped up there game.. the rooms are now beautiful not like they used to be. New paint in bed sets really make a difference in really enjoyed all rooms I've stayed in there. Most staff are great..

Pros (+) It was close to the highway but three stories up and it had an elevator. The staff was also very nice.
Cons (-) It costed more than the price on here said it would be. When I got there all the lights were unplugged and there wasn't a remote for the tv and when I tried to call the front desk they didn't pick up. The toilet didn't flush properly and smelled and I could hear the highway a lot.
