The room was cleaned, but old. A couple very young roaches in the room that suggest a bigger infestation. (Someone at breakfast also complained of roaches—-claimed she slept in her car because this was the second stay she’d found roaches) Water stains on the ceiling, peeling and stained paint. The fridge was frozen over. I was fine for what I needed but I won’t go back.

Anonymous, Jul 2020 - Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati Downtown Area
Pros (+) when we arrived there were around of 6 people hanging on the entrance of the parking lot drinking beer, already intoxicated and talking too loud. Also when we got to the 5th floor everything was stinky and carpets with holes (big ones) desk staff said they are cleaning rooms, as soon as we entered to our room, went to check the restroom and someone didn't even flushed the toilet (I don't need to t...
Cons (-) New staff would be great and customer service courses for people that will be stay. Get rid of drunk people in your building and parking lot and cleaning and new carpet or floor would be a plus.

Anonymous, Nov 2018 - Quality Inn & Suites
Pros (+) Wasn’t pleased at all
Cons (-) There was a roach in the first room immediately as I walked in, with black hair left on the bed, and what appeared to be a gum stain on the bed sheet. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a new room. The second room was in somewhat disrepair, with holes in the walls, mold on the ceiling, and when I pulled the sheets back, there were bugs on the bed. I left to go somewhere else and reque...

Pros (+) .........it was room, with a bed, a/c, running water mediodre facialitys at best.
Cons (-) I booked this room thur booking .com was given a price. Once I checked out only to be charged a different rate. Checking in and out, front desk ppl, very unhelpful. Only answer I could get was call management. As a retired, disable U.S.Marine I expect you to honor what you advertise. Do what you say, say what you do! Throughly disappointed.

Pros (+) Great price. Room was and smelled nice and clean. Breakfasf was excellent as well.
Cons (-) Only negative was that we got to breakfast at about 8:50, and at 9:00 a staff member came in and just immediately started taking things away. I understand if it ended at 9, but atleast say somethinh. "Hey guys, breakfast is ending if you could wrap it up." Thats all. Dont just come in and take stuff down without warning. Other than rhay, great place to stay!
