Cons (-) When we arrived home, my college-age son noticed that he had bug bites on 2 different areas of his torso, which weren’t there the day before. They appeared to be bed bug bites, so I attempted to contact the manager. Not easy to reach, in part because Marriott provides no contact info. When I finally made contact (through iOS app), mgr said he would have exterminator check room, & get back to me. O...

Pros (+) The staff was great as was the breakfast.
Cons (-) The room was in need of additional cleaning (the TV remote was sticky).

Pros (+) The man that checked us in was the rudest person I have ever dealt with trying to check into a hotel room. In his words "you didn't pay me, you paid a booking site, there's nothing I will do for you." And that's after I had to wait for him to get off his cell phone to talk to me.I could have stayed anywhere for the money I spent, and to get treated like that, you can bet I'll never be back.
Cons (-) $165 for one night and still had to pay to work there. Rude check in staff
