Everything was fine with the car. The poor lady handling a large queue of customers needed help, and had been left to handle everything alone without so much as a break or a meal since 6am, and we arrived at about 1pm. Felt very bad for her. Still she handled everything quite while and got us on our way. Dollar, don't do this to your people!Reviewed May 7 2023

The staff was friendly and took care of me quickly. I ordered the Sirius xm but it didn’t work in my car which was a bit of a bummer, but they took it back off my bill and were very nice about it.Reviewed May 4 2023

There was an issue with the available vehicles and the keys. Made for a late start and even later vehicle pick up. Almost 25in before the clerk, who was very nice, could actually service the first customers. Because the keys were not available, it was more than an hour before the first two customers (me and another) could get their cars. Not what I expected. Vehicle had a handful of scratches and damage but no mechanical or issues with cleanliness. The timing was not good even though the personnel that I spoke with had no control over it. My flight was delayed, and I arrived at the dollar counter, just after they had closed. There was a lady still behind the counter, who informed me that because I had not arrived within two hours of the predetermined time they had rented my vehicle to someone else. How is this practice even legal being that I had already paid for it? I was forced to take rideshare to my destination and then back again the next day at an expense of more than $120. I am quite sure that I had pre-purchased insurance but dollar could not confirm this so I paid for insurance that I didn’t need , my total charge at the counter was an additional $124.22. The type of vehicle I had requested was not available so I had to settle for what they had. There were four shirts laying on the back seat, so I find it difficult to believe the vehicle had been cleaned , I think that the previous customer had just left it clean. They did not have a car for me. Said maybe in the next 3 hours, no guarantee. Offered no refund. I had to find new transportation (Uber) everywhere else sold out with a 6 year old. So we were to be stranded at an airport car rental depot for hours. I feel like $50+ was stolen from me.Reviewed Oct 31 2022
