Dollar rental is fine. Unfortunately, kayak allowed me to rent a car the dollar rental did not have. It was the same day deal, and when I got to Dollar, they told me that Kayak does this all the time. Word of advice. Rent directly from the car, rental agencies themselves, do not use kayak.

What I did like was the counter attendant, Dan, good guy, easy to work with. The first car I was supposed to rent had an overpowering smell of marijuana. I spoke with Dan and he quickly got me another vehicle. Much appreciated his help

Pick up was fast and easy. Staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had. The truck was clean and rode good. The only issue i do not like is the fact I am still waiting on my deposit to come back! Everywhere else i have ever got a rental from the deposit goes right back on your card soon after you drop off. It's been a few days and still no deposit! That actually worries me being this was my first time using Dollar rental. Even when I dropped off the truck the lady at the desk said she is going ahead and releasing my deposit back to me but I have not received it so where is it?? 🫤😟
