KAYAK

Pros:

Loved the car itself, it was an older version but had all the same features as a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. Enterprise employees were very nice, prompt, and took care of us during both pick up and drop off.

Cons:

1.The cleanliness of the rentals needs to improve. I understand how busy it gets but there should be no question when it come to rushing vs cleanliness, especially during Covid-19. 2. Windows need better treatment. Had to scrub smoke grime (from a nonsmoking car) off of the front and back windshields
