Liked the car but didn’t realize it came with only 100 miles/day. So I had to upgrade which doubled the price. Took over an hour to find the bus and get to their off airport site. Two hour waiting in a queue with just one person checking everyone in. Felt so bad for couple in front of me who were going to miss their cruise do to horrible delay. On return the bus only came once an hour to return to Terminal 5! Never renting from them again!Reviewed Oct 27 2022

On pick up we found scrapes on the car that weren’t marked on the paperwork so got them to correct it. Agreement was for 100 miles per day this was changed to just 71 miles. Very disappointed. Checking the car back in was very quick and trouble free.Reviewed Aug 29 2022

I actually never was able to see the car I rented. After booking the vehicle months out, my travel plans changed and I needed to add one day to the 8 day rental I already had booked. Although I called frequently a month prior to my trip, the UK rental company refused to answer their phone (rang multiple times and then hung up). Speaking with an affiliate in the USA, they directed me to Kayak. Kayak then directed me back to the company. I did this circle a few times. I eventually used a UK based friend to call the car hire company who said they would not change the booking and I instead had to cancel the booking and restart the process. When I investigated this via a partial booking, I quickly determined that the company wanted to charge me over twice the original 8 day cost to add a single day to my booking. At this point I canceled my original booking and decided to go with a more established and reliable car rental company. Having just completed the trip, I can assure you that I made the right choice not using Easirent. Based upon my experiences, Easirent should really consider changing their name.Reviewed Aug 10 2022

Easirent was fine. What wasn’t fine is that Kayak and the booking agency they work with don’t include insurance in pricing so the rental ended up 1000 pounds(!) more than expected.Reviewed Jul 18 2022

This was the worst checkin and checkout experience I have ever had. The estimated arrival time apparently is used by these guys to justify cancelling a reservation I had made at least two months in advance. When I arrived they informed me that the reservation was gone but they would see if they could arrange something. Let me talk to the manager and make a phone call they told me. And amazingly they found a car for me. And it was outside all along! Of course the charge doubled from the promised rate of $1000 for the rental period to almost $2500. I had arranged additional insurance but that didn’t stop the agent from repeatedly telling me I was responsible for any damage up to £60,000. Anyway, I accepted as there were no reasonable alternatives to this scam and my wife and I drove off. The car was very nice in all fairness and we took excellent care of it. When we returned, a woman was trying to maneuver her car through the parking area and the agent working that day started telling us she had best be careful in case she inflicted any damage on any of their cars! What is it with this company and damage to their rental cars? I parked our car and the first thing out of the guy’s mouth was, “ We seem to have a scratch over here .” It was a very superficial scratch that disappeared when I rubbed my finger on it. After the experience I had already had with them I was less than kind to the agent who was doing the job he was told to do. He should look for a better place to work. This company operates by defrauding people to boost the bottom line. I was promised a rate by Kayak and had to pay over double the amount because I arrived a few hours later than I said. I have never had such an experience with any other car rental company. Don’t deal with Easirent. There’s nothing easi about it.Reviewed Jul 16 2022
