Recommend to call actual easirent place of business and get details on charges and shuttle time etc. before booking.

If you don’t pick up vehicle within 4 hours of your selected time, they cancel your reservation, no refund. If you want to reactivate the reservation you pay a heavy fee. I changed my flight which put me past the original pickup time.

It took over an hour to get the car and it took two shuttles to get to their location. Thumbs down, never again.

I liked the entire process i happened to be the only one in the agency as I picked up my car to rent and it was a expedited process with a 3 page to sign and I was out the door, Brian the agent was professional and although I didn't know about the toll roads in Florida no longer accepting cash payments and was offering ez pass for 15.00 a day I declined that d/t avoiding the toll. They issued my deposit back to me very soon after I returned the vehicle.

The absolute worst experience - I have ever had I am 79 years old and have traveled a lot - since I am a senior citizen. I would like to save money - but the wait was not worth it. I will never never ever put trust in this app again

Apart from a very smooth pick up (Easirent is off-airport and also off-site from the car rental terminal, so you have to take a shuttle to the car rental terminal and then another to Easirent) everything was a disaster. We got in around 10:15p to the airport and after the two shuttles, we were at the rental center just before 11p when they're due to close. We were exhausted from a long day of travel and just wanted to get our rental car and go. The line wasn't very long but after 30 minutes we were still 3rd in line. The 3 people working there getting cards assigned for folks moved very slowly and seemed to not know how to do their job (fumbling through drawers, looking for papers, etc.). There was a waiting area where people were sitting for the entire time we were there. Loud music playing from their TV... very weird vibe. It was all too much and we needed to get out of there and to our Airbnb so we left and got an Uber. No refunds available and never would have signed up for the car had we known what we were getting ourselves into with the very long wait. There was a QR code we could scan to pre-register and upload our documents, etc. but the website didn't work (uploading documents just stalled) so overall there's just a feeling that this company is not serious about its business.

Location is not close to the airport. Agent tried to scam me and wanted to charge me for unlimited mileage saying that I am a local renter though i had a GA license. He incorrectly showed me some fine print policy and when i read through it closely, it did not apply to my situation. I asked the agent to cancel reservation I will never use that rental company again.
