Pros:
I was charged around 100 dollars extra since I dropped off around 40 mins off the time from what I picked up the car. This is ridiculous!!! This was the first and the last time I will be renting from here. Staff does not know what they are doing. For anything the answer is the system does it, I don’t know. First of all, it took for ever to rent the car, only one choice, no options to pick from, computer system was slow, etc.Cons:
To not get charged, basically it’s around 1 day’s rental cost.5.2 Fair

The one and only employee who was in there was friendly but seemed in a hurry to get out of there. She left before I did with the rental.Cons:
Just about everything. Place sucked, girl was nice, car was wrong and so tiny and had stains all in the back. The drop off was me throwing a key on a garage floor. No one to speak to about the light that went on when I first came in. (Toyota Yaris) Won’t be back.10.0 Wonderful

I rented a Nissan versa note from 15 N Wood Ave, Edison, NJ 08820. The gas tank was marked full in the contract, but in reality it wasn't. I found out that this when I drove only 71 miles during the one day rental, but ended up pumping 5.5 gallons while return. I informed this to the Agent, but he was blaming me saying that it was my fault that I didn't get check the contract properly. I agree that its my fault, but even after providing evidence that it doesn't 5.5 gallons to drive only 71 miles on a Versa note (usually 30 mpg), he wasn't listening. I feel this was a bad experience to me.5.2 Fair

It was already terrible on the first min I got there. The front desk was by himself and there were about 5 people in the line. When it was finally my turn, he asked me if I could go to ANOTHER LOCATION ON MY OWN to get a car because they DID NOT HAVE ANY MORE VEHICLES. Usually the full insurance coverage is on the 20s or 27s. The guy told me it was 43!!!!! That was outrageous. Didn't give me any other options or any discounts for the inconvivience. NEVER AGAIN!Dollar
