Pros:

The car was filthy inside and out. Obvious no protocol for Covid i’ve never seen such a filthy car that even smelled of smoke. The car had mechanical problem. the transmission jumped and car stalled every time you would come to a stop. it’s was scary to even drive.

Staff good, suv was very user friendly

Cons:

Inside windows were filthy, and so were the gauges and radio, when the sun was out you couldn’t see the road. Had to use my handkerchief to wipe window and then had to throw it away it was sickening

Full-size SUV

The vehicle was very dirty inside. Complete with hair spills dirty windows and such. The vehicle also had a problem that while on the highway at speeds of 70-75 mph would vibrate.

There was a huge crack in the windshield we were not told about. Car was covered in snow and parked far away. And an old candy wrapper in the backseat.

The car was filthy - full of trash (opened bottles of water, food wrappers, etc) and had not been washed or vacuumed. The windshield had caked on bugs and grime that were so old the wipers and fluid would not remove. Tail light was out as well. Really gross and unprofessional.
