Efficient, free upgrade
Pros: No Hassel, nice upgrade, back seat stained.... Only two of us, so know issues
Cons: Only a single counter agent, dealing with difficult people, too long to get processed, no grab and go.

It's all about customer service
Pros: Kyle was our guy, and he did great at helping us with everything. Yes, we needed to get a cab to go the 2 miles to the off site area, but the savings was well worth it. We called Kyle back the next day with a question and he went out of his way to try to help us. It was simple and after I read the manual it was a quick switch on the wheel. They called a taxi for our return to the airport. If you don't have a lot of luggage you can even walk the 2 miles, there are sidewalks. I suggest spending the $8.00 or so on the taxi.
Cons: They appear to use a lot of cleaners so it took awhile with windows open to get the cleaner smell out, Easy fix

Pros: SUV was great value.
Cons: Need better training for new employees. Have to breathe and take time with customer. Don't try to "over sell" ,, Take one step at a time and if a customer says not interested, then move on to the next question(s) but take one at a time.... In time the new employee will learn as we all did. Will rent again from Enterprise.

Excellent Customer Service
Pros: Thank you so very much to the kind staff at this Anchorage location. Loved that they called me a day prior to make sure I was aware they are not located on the airport property and that a cab ride would be necessary. Quick and easy process to jump in the cab and drive down the street a few miles. Cab ride - $13.00, savings over Enterprise in the airport $150.00. Everyone at the office was courteous and professional. Even called me the day after the return to let me know everything went well with our after-hours return! I wish more companies offered this level of customer service!!!
