Pros: Worked out well with driving a minivan.
Cons: I arrived 40 minutes after the time I designated for pickup, believing the credit card I provided secured the car. It was given away when I arrived. The manager huddled in the corner working to find another van for us. Luckily he found another van at another location that we were able to drive and pickup the van.
