I had initially reserved a car June 14 of June 17, upon arriving they charged me an extra amount of money for the 17th when in fact I already paid the bill in full. Upon returning the rental in California Ontario international airport they increased the amount which is completely absurd.Reviewed Jun 20 2024

While I was able to make a reservation online. When I left the airport to pick up the car. The person at the Enterprise desk informed me that they had no vehicles available. This resulted in me being stuck outside security at the airport all night. If I had known no rentals were available, I would never have left the airport.Reviewed May 15 2024
