Not great, we were quoted for a ford transit or similar with a price of $615. When I got to the airport, they didn’t have any transits and could only give us an armada. I ended up having to pay $3,300 for a van which was ridiculous.Reviewed Oct 10 2024

Pick up in CLT was easy. Drop off at AVL consisted of an employee saying "park it in E17 and drop your keys in the drop box. Budget will send you a receipt." I have not received a receipt of any info from Budget since I left Charlotte. I am concerned.Reviewed Oct 7 2024

We never picked up a car because they were "out" in Charlotte despite booking a car online.
