Rinse the Soap Off
Pros: Got an upgrade because they didn't have the size SUV we reserved. The Apple Car Play was nice to use for directions and listening to music when we couldn't find anything on the radio.
Cons: The interior was dusty and the cleaner they used on the screen didn't get cleaned off. The windshield had a film on the inside that made it difficult to see driving at sunrise and sunset. There was soap from washing the outside that had dried before rinsing and it wouldn't come off with using the windshield wipers/washer. I eventually found a carwash and cleaned it off. When I told the rental agent upon returning he was apologetic and offered a free upgrade for the next rental.

Pros: Car was nice
Cons: Salesman is a shyster....fast talker. I showed proof of insurance...he snuck it on my bill anyway. My overall Bill should've been around $113 but they billed me $470. They did give me $312 back eventually but I should get more back. I've called customer service, I've emailed three times, no one cares. Nothing but thieves in my opinion.
