Pros: No waiting to be served.
Cons: A bottle of drinking water would have been appreciated.
Enterprise rips you off for being honest
Cons: No Navigator built into the console The window washer stopped spraying and I had to splash the windshield with fluid to get the salt off (it was about 5 degs outside) I was charged an extra 43 dollars for going 1 extra hour over 24. I was dropping the vehicle off when no one else was going to be able to rent it or confirm my drop off time. I guess I should have lied about the extra hour and saved myself some money
Cons: The car smelled like cigarette smoke and also had stains all over the front and back seats. Additionally, the car had hail damage when I received it. It was not noted by the office in New Jersey and subsequently, when I dropped the car off in Bethesda I was questioned about it. They eventually did not charge me which was good. However in the future, I would have appreciated a better car.
