All personnel at pick up and drop off were very personable (patient, dedicated and respectful). However, at airport, counter was short staffed and it took an hour for me to get checked in and get vehicle. Car was great! At drop off, there was some issue refunding to my card so I had to use a second card. Not sure if that issue was with Enterprise or my card company. Will definitely rent from Enterprise again.Reviewed Feb 27 2023

Pros:The wait in line at the Fresno airport was longer than it should be, but the person was caring, professional and efficient.Cons:The service rep was servicing three different companies at one counter. The other two companies had their systems down and was taking too much time to process them. Avis, Hertz, had no waiting, but our line was very long and slow.Reviewed Jun 29 2020

Pros:It was cleanCons:Visalia ENTERPRISE location. The 12 passenger van reserved over the phone was NOT available upon arrival. Offered a 15 passenger farm-labor like van with no head-rests for a 26h trip to Texas. Finally settled for a 15 seater with no room for luggage and a 20% discount (took me 1.5h). How could a reservation be made with no vehicle in stock? Three other 12 seaters were booked for someone else in 3 days, but I would be left hanging today.
