I reserved online with estimate of $782.00 for an 8 day rental in London Heathrow. When I returned the car, I was charged £967.00. I didn’t agree to insurance except for tire damage. The original estimate supposedly included taxes and other fees but it didn’t include all taxes and fees. Beware.Reviewed Sep 6 2022

Pros:The staff was very friendly and efficient both at pickup and drop off.Cons:When we picked up the car the staff person assisting us did the processing outside at the car. This would be OK in nice weather but it was raining when we picked up. Suggest that the procedure be done as much undercover as possible when weather is bad.Reviewed Oct 23 2019
