Pros:The staff was very friendly, the problems was that I had made reservations early,but when I got there, I still had to wait a while and when I made reservations, they never said anything about a $300 deposit until I got there to pick up the car and the car was not vacuum nor did it have mats in it other than that I can say that the staff was very friendly.Reviewed Apr 20 2021

Pros:Customer service at the location was good Car was dirty though. Rented a van, one seat wouldn't retracy in to the floor. Good thing we checked fluids - power steering and antifreeze below minimum and radiator almost dry. Could have been a disaster. .Reviewed Apr 26 2017
