Pros:The car was clean, new, and the reps at the location were friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions.Cons:At my initial pick-up the branch was empty, doors unlocked, no one inside, no cars in the lot. Another customer was there for a similar pick-up time. When I went inside the branch the alarm went off and the police showed up. Phone Customer Service was eventually able to schedule me for a pick-up the next day, and thankfully I didn't need the car until then, but it did waste a few hours of my day and cause a lot of frustration. The pick-up on the following day was much smoother, the reps were quick and friendly. Probably just a freak occurrence, but still annoying. Still have no idea why no one was at the first branch at the original pick-up time.Reviewed Oct 7 2020
