Logan Airport is very confusing and some great instructions on how to find the car return area would be great. 4 adults in the car struggled. Perhaps you could program the car return area into the navigation system and let renters know.Reviewed May 22 2023

Car hire was extortionate! Don't gouge cutomers at the airport. Then I get a car whose battery didn't work so had 3 days without a car. Ended up being replaced in Springfield (grumpy male served me) with a dirty car. Boston staff were courteous and helpful and refunded the three days.
