The service was terrible. It truly was. The service desk took over an hour long. The lineup to get cars for all of us took over an hour. It was crazy. There were no cars available at all. Some had waited from 11:30 am to 2:30pm. Mine was for 12:30. The car had huge scratches down the side. And your staff that drove the cars in after being washed. Well you should see how they drive in the pick up spot. Like nascar. And I’m surprised they haven’t smashed into the wall and damaged your cars.Reviewed Sep 4 2025
