Ok so the Drop Off was Excellent, we were delayed by traffic and were offered a lift direct to the terminal from your very friendly and helpful team, which really saved the day. we could not be more grateful for that Pick up the team were also great, and really helpful in getting us a car seat for our child, and we felt very looked after... however we did have to queue for over an hour, (with a six year old after a 9hr flight...) in a building with no coffee or entertainment available at all. The man on the desk, (also really helpful and nice) said that this queue wasn't unusual, and that it was 'always like this'. none of the other car hire firms had anything like this long a queue. a couple of extra desk agents could have sorted it out i'm sure.Reviewed Aug 28 2023
