Great experience!
Pros: Pickup and dropoff were easy, clean car that was what I expected, super friendly service both at pickup and dropoff, great price for the trip. Great experience!

Ill from smoke
Pros: The representatives were wonderful and professional to deal with!
Cons: The car smelled terrible of cigarette smoke. I could deal with a sore throat, but my 12 year old niece had four asthma attacks when we did errands in my car. I learned later that cigarette smoke makes her very ill. I would have returned the car, but my niece was sick the day before I was returning the car to Enterprise...it was too late. Poor baby! :(

Pros: Friendly check in especially the British man who gave us the car from the lot. Nice female bus driver and we didn't have to wait long for the bus.
Cons: Drop off closed at 6:00 pm on Friday and was only open 9-12 on Saturday so we had to pay attention to the time so we didn't miss them. Overall it wasn't a problem just a little thorn.

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: I reserved an economy car for a long drive but they had no economy cars. I was given a Dodge Charger. They offered a gas credit which I never got. Employees did not know how to add my Plenti Rewards number to my reservation and made no attempt to call support to figure it out. The Dodge Charger was dirty and I had to wait for them to clean it, putting me behind schedule.
