Pros: Staff extremely pleasant and helpful especially when we extended our rental. Car clean and well maintained.
We would be happy to use them again next time we are in USA.

Cons: The drop off was hated because I bought a full tank of gas when I had already paid for a full tank which I never do. Never have I bought gas ahead of time either because of this type of rip off that can happen. This was no exception no refund a voucher was offered. I needed the refund when I turned in the car. Probably will not use HERTZ again so what to do with a voucher. Additionally,
She said i was 20 minutes late turning in the car but would allow it this time. Who could find the Hertz desk it was inside the airport..Hard for me to find attitude of counter person could use polishing

Pros: The car was clean and I was given a free upgrade. Check out was quick and returning the car was just as easy. The rate was very competitive.
Cons: I reserved an economy car for a long drive but they had no economy cars. I was given a Dodge Charger. They offered a gas credit which I never got.
Employees did not know how to add my Plenti Rewards number to my reservation and made no attempt to call support to figure it out.
The Dodge Charger was dirty and I had to wait for them to clean it, putting me behind schedule.

This Enterprise is Lame!
Pros: The fact they had the Ford Transit 350 van.
Cons: I am convinced that they misread (benefit of the doubt) the gas level in because 5/8 of a tank should not take invoke a 40 mile range warning after 70 miles of driving. This is a 25 gallon tank! After adding 8.5 gallons to the tank, we were able to travel another 30 miles to our function and all the way back (over 100 miles) before the van was empty again. The van is suppose to get 14 mpg, I calculate less that is less than 11!
My frustration is they don't listen. They appear like they could care less. I will never rent at this Enterprise again. And one final note, add more staff, one should be forced to wait 15 minutes in line to rent or return a vehicle.
