Cons: The fact is that the Secaucus branch is closed and no-one said a thing until we found out ourselves. And then they wanted us to pickup the car 20 mins away from where we reserved it which was about $30 extra taxi ride. Poor service from Kayak and everyone else involved. We took a taxi to our destination.

Pros: Drop off was easy and because of the problems we had we received a 50% discount for one day (should have been more in my opinion)
Cons: We got a call early to confirm. On the day of the rental we got a phone call asking us to come 4 hours later because they didn't have cars available. And when we got there we still waited for an hour to get our car.
2017 BMW x3 with 5k miles, absolutely filthy
Pros: new model BMW x3 with low miles
Cons: filthy inside and out, enterprise staff horrible
tires were very low on 3 wheels, gas not full at pickup
Cons: Chevy Cruze gets just ok gas mileage.
Great place for rental right outside NYC
Pros: Great location right near sec train station in NJ. Perfect for NYers looking to rent but not in NYC to avoid traffic and higher costs.
Cons: Car was older and a few stains and tears in the interior, only cosmetic issues. Car ran perfectly and got great gas mileage.
Pros: I got a new Youkon XL just as I wanted. Everything was ready on time and off we went.
Cons: They were not allowed to pick us up and drop us of because we were staying in Jersey City
