Pros: A small super friendly business in the middle of Jersey City.
I needed to rent a car on short notice, they had what I wanted at a competitive price
I dodn't have to go out to the airport to get a car - they were near by and it could not have been better

Good and Bad
Pros: They had a wonderful young lady drive me to the metro after my rental. She was pleasant and professional. The car was ok.
Cons: I arrived later than expected and even though I had confirmed my reservation and they had given my car to someone else. The man at the desk was very dismissive of me. I found him quite rude. They then had to drive me 20min away to another location to pick up another vehicle. The car smelled so strong of air freshener that it made me nauseous.

Pros: They were nice people
Cons: I rented this car through KAYAK after searching for a rental car at LaGuardia Airport. When I arrived in NYC, I discovered they had booked me in a rental car in New Jersey and would not pick me up at the airport, despite their advertising claims of "we'll pick you up." I am a senior citizen with a disability and not familiar with public transportation. I had to spend $65 to take a cab to new Jersey to pick up this rental car and was not able to drop it off at the airport when I left either. The people at the Enterprise location said it was not their fault because I booked it with KAYAK and not them. Whatever money I may have saved was quickly lost with cab fare and inconvenience. I guess I assumed that a car rental from the airport would actually be at the airport.

Pros: I got a new Youkon XL just as I wanted. Everything was ready on time and off we went.
Cons: They were not allowed to pick us up and drop us of because we were staying in Jersey City

Cons: Chevy Cruze gets just ok gas mileage.

Pros: Drop off was easy and because of the problems we had we received a 50% discount for one day (should have been more in my opinion)
Cons: We got a call early to confirm. On the day of the rental we got a phone call asking us to come 4 hours later because they didn't have cars available. And when we got there we still waited for an hour to get our car.
Cons: The car smelled like someone finished smoking.

1 Employee on Holiday Travel Week?
Pros: The car was great - clean, ran well, and I even had to call Support because I locked the keys inside and they were extremely helpful finding someone’s to help me.
Cons: Only one employee was scheduled on the Tuesday before a busy holiday for traveling and he was expected to manage both Avis and Budget? I didn’t wait too long in the grand scheme of things but you should definitely be more prepared to handle then influx in business for next year. I don’t recall the guy’s name but he did awesome given the circumstances. All I heard then entire time I was waiting was the phone ringing in the background but he didn’t have time to answer it.
