Pros: The staff was super friendly.
Cons: There were so many customers waiting to be serviced but not nearly enough staff. Thank goodness the staff was friendly or it could have disastrous
Pros: The Vehicle itself suited its purpose. It was comfortable and met my needs.
Cons: I was supposed to pick up the vehicle at 12:00 PM on a Sunday. Not knowing the business hours of the facility, I arrived half hour after they closed. What topped everything was that an employee was still there and wouldn't check me out the van I had reserved. I still needed the vehicle so wound up making arrangements through the vendor directly having to go to the airport location and paying more money in fees and taxes. While I take responsibility for running late, a courtesy call could have been made to remind me of hours etc. when I didn't show up at noon.

Cons: even though they use portable station/computers.Some take too long to get you going..john and joe were awsome!!
Very clean, handled well...breaks a bit too stiff.
Pros: Service was very thorough & efficient at pick-up. Car was spotless and fuel efficient.
Cons: It was a holiday weekend, and I think the cost for insurance was significantly higher than it cost just one month earlier on an ordinary weekend. Seemed a bit like gouging.
