Much Better This TimePros:On line reservation easy, price was OK. The overall staff were very friendly and helpful. The car was clean and what I had reserved.Cons:I had to drive to the airport to pick up the car instead of a oneway rental as I have done in the past. This time they were charging a $75 drop off fee which was something new. Rental went from forty something dollars to over one hundred and twenty plus!!!Reviewed Dec 19 2018

Pros:I liked the ease of the pick up and drop off process. I had a good rate for my rental, but there are always a lot of fees. The vehicle was very comfortable and it had all of the "bells and whistles". We all enjoyed the ride.Cons:The only thing was that the 2nd row flooded had been smeared with ketchup and we had to clean it up, before we could get on the road.Reviewed Aug 27 2018
