I asked for a pick up but the store I rented from said I wasn’t in their zone. It was a 17 minute drive. They offered to change my rental to a closer location to me but that location doesn’t do pick ups. Despite that being their main corporate motto and why I chose enterprise. So I had to walk about 20 minutes for pick up. There was a line out the door when I arrived. 45 minutes later I was served and rushed. I wasn’t the only 10am appointment but the 8,9, and 11 am all showed up at the same time and there was no priority. Got my day off to a rush. I booked an economy car to save fuel and deal with narrow highland roads and told him that. He said he upgraded me to a Mini Cooper, I said cool. But it was a countryman. Very bulky and made the first few days a tough drive. I was then surprised to have a visa bill 3x my quote. They double charge for the insurance and had to deal with that over the phone. Thankfully all sorted and drop off was fine in Glasgow. They actually drove me back.

I rented a car for a few hours and paid $250. That's crazy for 7 hours of use.

You allowed us to make a reservation upon arrival there was no van available for pick up!!! Very upsetting they did not offer a solution . They sent us home without a van I had 12 girls waiting to start our weekend and they just did care! I will never rent from them ever again
