Pros:Reserved full size sedan automatic, as cheap as manual when rented. They subbed a luxury automatic sedan. Nice....just large for narrow streets.
Cons:Extremely poor customer service. The wait was about 90 minutes to pick up the car; it took them about 15 minutes to process each customer, mostly because of extremely high-pressure attempts to sell expensive CDW. Staff were thoroughly rude and unhelpful.
