The SUV that I rented was not there so they gave me a smaller compact car which was truthfully unacceptable but because it was raining and I had an hour and a half drive ahead of me so I took it. No one was at the counter when I flew back out and I am owed money because of the cheaper car that they gave me. It was only a drop off box for the key truthfully poor Service.

Great friendly service. Upgrade at an excellent price. My rental was new and clean and fun to drive. They picked me up at my home and dropped me off after the rental. They were super easy to deal with. Highly recommend Enterprise Rent A Car.
