The first vehicle we received was not in the best condition, with some mechanical problems. However when we returned it we were immediately given a newer vehicle in perfect condition. Sometimes vehicles go out that need more attention . The fact that we received a newer vehicle immediately with no questions asked and an apology made the experience much better.

The car was clean. I think it needs brakes checked and told them when it was returned. The car was returned 2 days early but never received credit for it.

The entire process was quick and easy! A driver picked us up at the airport in a shuttle and took us to where they store the cars. The car was clean and in excellent shape. The guy who gave us the car gave us all the essential information. I got exactly what I reserved. The return process was also quick and easy. 10/10.

Absolutely despicable customer service. They had no cars available in my class (requested a mini van) and did not communicate this prior to my arrival. The manager Klaus was insulting and refused to rent me a different vehicle even though they had two available. I am in the process of escalating the awful experience to the Enterprise corporate office. I would not recommend this company to anyone and encourage everyone to stay away from this office and this manager.

They wanted to charge me 4500 USA dollars for a insurance I didn’t need I showed them my aaa that’s covers there rental and said Nop rented cars before lots of them never had this happened but in the end it worked better we really didn’t need it….

They gave me a good car but they did not have the car where actually I booked it. They did not inform it either and told me to their different office and get a car. When I went there, they provided me better car in the same price which was kind of them.
