Pros: Location was convenient - next to water taxi, near several hotels. Car was available to us 2 hours earlier than requested. Upgrade was offered, which we decided to take. Walk around the car and transaction was handled in short amount of time, there was no hard sell for additional cost items (the upgrade was offered, but not pushed), and we were on the road.
Cons: Finding the location was a bit of a challenge, but Hilton Hotel staff was quick to send us in the right direction and the challenge was well worth the convenience.

Cons: Rented a large size car, they gave me a Nissan Sentra. This car was a 2016, with 10,000 Miles millage, had a flat tire and had to pay 90 dollars to have a new tire. When we arrive there, I had to call my insurance co. in Canada. to proved the young black lady in the office that I had all the covers on my policy. She talked with them for almost Half an hour on my cell phone for getting from them by fax all the documents she was asking for. I have rented many cars in my life and never had a service like this before. I was so angry when I left the place. I told Juan a very nice and polite gentlemen who is working there all my worries about was going there, he said that he was going to talk to Mike and see what Mike will do about it. Now I'm back to Canada and trying to find a document that will prove that I asked for a Large size car and they gaved me a compact one. What a shame. Ft. Lauderdale ERAC
Pros: Employees there were working very hard, but were visibly under staffed.
Cons: While returning the vehicle, I waited approximately 50 minutes before I was able to continue onto my destination. Even then, I was told my ticket could not be found. Seemed very unorganized and the employees at the local branch were under a lot of stress due to lack of an adequate number of employees.
