Cons:We paid for a premium car. What we got was a car with no navigation or seat warmers, Chargers USB did not work. Inform them that we had to buy battery packs and we're told we would get an email with a discount in an upgrade Curtisy drop at the airport. They did come true on me drop at the airport. Inquired twice about the other two things I received no response.
Pros:Things are almost never both superior quality and also less expensive than expected. But my recent rental with Enterprise was both! For some reason the total cost was about $15 less than the price Kayak quoted me. Awesome! Even better, though, the rental agency gave me a free upgrade from an intermediate car to a BMW X5--super luxurious and fun to drive. All around, a great experience!!!
Pros:Came right to our car. Quick exchange.
Pros:The staff was very friendly from start to finish despite the long lines that I know can become aggravating. The drop off process was very simple as well with a representative waiting to help!
Pros:Long wait at pick-up. But service was good and drop-off was quick.
Cons:Vehicle had many many light scratches from previous rentals. They weren't visible in the dimly lit garage but could bee seen when outdoors. Thankfully I wasn't blamed for them. But I wish Enterprise wouldn't hint that they might try this if you don't photograph them. Hertz is preferable in this regard.
