Pros: Great personel and nice clean car.
Cons: Had to wait after going out to car area for about 15 min AFTER waiting inside in line for 25 min. Upon return, not enough agents to process cars , general chaos in return area. Many customers were visibly upset!

HUGE line at pickup!
Pros: Drop-off took less than a minute.
Cons: A line of 25 people with two agents moving as slow as molasses. After I had waited 15 minutes, they get the genius idea of calling for backup. The backup guy was processing customers twice as fast as the other two doofuses together. Why did they wait so long to ask for help?

Pros: the upgrade
Cons: The rental car locations was OFF SITE and cost me a $25 cab ride from the airport!!!

So good I decided to buy one!
Pros: I reserved a full-size car and ended up with a Chrysler 300. I enjoyed driving it so much that after I returned the rental I decided to buy one just like it as my personal ride. The staff was wonderful both in SLC and in Spanish Fork UT where I returned my rental. They allowed me to make adjustments to my schedule without any penalty and treated me like a VIP every time contacted them.
Cons: Everything was just as advertised and very professional. No complaints at all.

Calling local office
Cons: I really like enterprise. On this trip however I needed to extend my rental by one day. I needed to call the local office and they would never answer the phone. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Pros: Enterprise was great. They fixed the issues caused by kayak.
Cons: After I selected to pick the car up at the air port, kayak reserved a car a few miles away from the airport. I had to shuffle through different uber drivers until I found one that could fit my family. Then I had to pay an extra fee to drop it back of at the airport, but the manager at enterprise made it half off on account of the turrible service from kayak. I probably won't use kayak anymore.

Pros: Howdy Kayak, Thanks for helping me find a car. I was personally disappointed on being blindsided by the the hidden taxes and fees. Also, I did ask for a fuel economy car and was given a Jeep. I know the Jeep Compass does not have the same MPG as your fuel economy options. Overall, the folks at Enterprise were extremely courteous, but I just wish my quote was a flat fee. There is a chance I am being dramatic here too. A

Delayed Flight caused a problem
Pros: I liked the vehicle I ended up with, and drop off was perfect.
Cons: My flight was slightly delayed, and when I arrived Enterprise was closed. All of the other care rental companies were available, and offered me cars, but the cost was double of what I made reservations with Enterprise. After calling several times, the customer service agent tried to transfer my reservations to National, but the one in Salt Lake City is not affiliated with Enterprise and they could not give me the same rates. I decided to rent a vehicle at double the cost with National after an hour of going back and forth with Enterprise customer service who told me I could wait until they opened at 6:00 AM. When I walked to get my National car, I found the lot attendant coming back for Enterprise, and he agreed to help me. So I had to return the National car, who were amazing, and the attendant gave me a nice car at my original price. It took me an hour and a half longer with this situation to get my car and get on the road.

Cons: The car I picked up in SLC had problems. When I got to a town the next day I took it to Enterprise there. The mechanic looked it over and said I need another. The service people said they had no others and gave me an old dirty uncomfortable truck. I could not drive that for the next 11 days and took it back the next day. The service man acted annoyed at me and said there was nothing wrong with it, an that there was also nothing wrong with the car the mechanic had looked at the day before. I had rented a nice CAR not an old dirty truck. Lo and behold they did in fact have a nice car that worked well. Everything was fine after that. I spent the best part of an afternoon and the next morning of my vacation dealing with this issue, only to be treated like I was the problem and had nothing better to do than spend time at the service desk. I understand problems happen BUT I'm not the cause and I was paying for a car that worked. Everything after that was fine.

GREAT FIRST EXPERIENCE
Pros: CALLED THE DAY BEFORE I WAS SUPPOSED TO RETURN TO SEE IF I COULD RETURN EARLY, I DID, GOT A CREDIT AND CUTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY HELPFUL.

IT issues messed up my booking!
Pros: Good price.
Cons: I booked a car at the SLC airport and when I arrived I was told that my car was booked at the downtown location. I was sure that I booked at the airport but the representative told me that I had an offsite booking. I looked at my reservation and it was off site. When I arrived at the off site location I told them my situation and they said that I was the fourth person that day who booked at the airport and instead got a reservation at the downtown location. The rep said that this only happened to people who were booking through hotwire and kayaak etc. It was definitely a major inconvenience for such a short trip. I asked if they would waive the dropoff fee at the airport and they said that the best they could do was to reimburse my Uber fair when I dropped the car off.

Pros: We were the first ones when the counter opened so it took a while for someone to show up, after which he told us to just go to the garage attendant. The car was nice, though the passenger side rear window didn't close all the way unless you pushed it up yourself.

Pros: I rented a car at SLC airport and returned it at SFO airport. They offered a super deal. Almost half of Avis.
Cons: car was not well cleaned inside and outside when rented.

Pros: Good Car,
Cons: Didn't have the car I reserved but they gave me a free upgrade to the next size up. However they were so busy that they couldn't find the first car after a short walk with luggage. Then gave me a car that was just washed but I had to load up in the middle of the street.

Pros: Thanks for the upgrade!
Cons: There was an old empty soda bottle in the backseat on the floor when I rented it. No big deal, but the car should be clean, even under the seats :)

Pros: Enterprise has gone paperless. Employees were friendly and courteous. The whole process of picking up and dropping off our rental car was a breeze. Would definitely keep Enterprise in mind the next time I rent a car.

Disappointing Enterprise SLC
Pros: Not much good here, except the car didn't break down while on rental!
Cons: Car with filthy at pickup. Didn't have the car type we reserved. Had to wait at length for a car to even come available to rent. Didn't do a walk around and then tried to blame us for windshield damage upon return. Oil change light on throughout rental.

Room for Improvement
Pros: The options with respect to cost were great. I liked the availability and flexibility to get a vehicle right away with no hassle.
Cons: No instruction on how to use the car besides starting it. Had to figure out where the fuel cap button was how to idle it with out blinding everyone to take a nap. At drop off the receptionist made it very clear they wanted you off asap. Not even polite when asked about area direstions nor taxi. Dunno I want to use em again.
