I didn’t even get to rent a car. They told me after I booked and paid in full that I had “do not rent” on my license from a mistake that happened years ago. Took 600 dollars straight out of my pocket

Cons:

Just the windshield wipers not cleaning properly and affecting visibility. This should have been inspected before renting the car.

Pros:

My prepaid reservation was exactly ready for pickup at the time (8am). Two helpful staff members at the desk took my information down quickly and I got the keys shortly after. They did a video walkaround of the car condition, which I liked to help clarify that some scratches were there already. Dropoff was also easy (probably took less than 10 min).

Cons:

Nothing! Everything was clean, fast, and easy.
