Cons:The car had not been cleaned. Also it had body damage that had not been fixed. The car was expensive, and they would not let me cancel my reservation. I will not use them again.

Pros:The car was clean, I got exactly what I reserved and drop off was easy.
Cons:Pick up took almost an hour of waiting in line after already have traveled 12 hours and had reserved the car in advance. The attendant was friendly, but almost too friendly. She chatted endlessly with each customer, even though there were a bunch of people waiting in line who were all exhausted and frustrated.

Cons:The pick up was horrible. It took more than a half hour to get up to the counter - only one person in front of me. The guy at the counter was eating somewhat sloppily. Will not use Fox again.

Cons:I arrived at the counter with a reservation and was told there were NO cars of any size. There was a wait list of 22 people ahead of me and they did not know when they would have a car for me. I had to rent from another agency as a walk-up at a high rate.

Cons:They refused to give me rental car with international licenses first then asked for passport at San Jose airport Fox rental. ( where as I was never asked for passport at enterprise, hertz etc ) International license are itself an ID dumb people. I came back with passport there was queue for 2 hr at counter. I still kept my cool , the person at counter was dumb enough he told me that Gold pack is added and you have all the insurance. I repeatedly asked does it covers libality insurance he mentioned everything is covered. Also he mentioned everything is covered if any thereis any problem only thing is you have to do is a call. ( he is lier or don’t know anything about this business) . The receipt fox provide don’t provide any information about gold packages and what it covers. I had plan for dmv test hence wanted to make sure I have confirmation from customer service. I called the customer service they told me you dont have any insurance on your rental . This was shocking. The representative and his supervisor don’t understand the English . They said they can’t do anything. This is not called as customer service. I ended up getting new car from different rental service which cost me more money The fox rental was the worst at everything Bad service starting from counter Bad service at delivery of vehicles Bad customer service I ll never use this service .
