Value for the money
Pros: Value for the money
Cons: The service! Stood in line for 1 hour to process a car for pickup. Fox had to reassign us a new car bc the original was not available, this added another 15/ 20 minutes. Attempted to use our credit card but the card was rejected twice; therefore, used the debit card. Later, we discovered that both credit card transactions did indeed processed. Trying/waiting to get someone on the phone took about 1 hour.

Overbooked & denied a car
Pros: The guy at the counter was very apologetic. THRIFY saved me.
Cons: HORRIBLE. Kayak allowed me to book a car rental but when I got there they were already sold out. He said it would be 3-4 HOURS to get a car. I wasted $20 in lyft to get there. Would not book again.

Horrible customer service.
Pros: Rental price was good and they were able to help me get a rental fast.
Cons: Horrible service. Didn't tell me that their location in Vegas is NOT located at the airport, even though that's where we told him we were going. When we arrived, they tried to charge me for damage that was already on the vehicle. Luckily I had the ldw. They forced me to fill out a bunch of paperwork, took a bunch of my time, and then she finally told me we were done and could leave. When I asked for a shuttle, they told me it's best to just get my own lyft or uber. Already fed up with their service, I figured that was a gops idea. We sat outside the locations for 15 min as we waited for our uber. it finally gets there and we leave. Right when we get to our hotel, 15 min later(so now 30 min since I left) they call me and tell me I forgot to leave them the key. Now, I'm in Vegas for a vacation. Spent a lot of money to be out here already. And they're now asking me to spend even more money and time to go all the way back and drop them off a key that they should've asked me for the second I got there. I told them there was no way I could get back to drop them off the key that night because I was already running late for a club we spent over 500$ to be at. I tried to reason with them, and told them I could either leave it at the front desk so they could get it from my hotel, or they could wait till tomorrow morning so I could take it to them. They decided to respond with threats. They told me that it doesn't work like that. It was my fault that I took the key. It's not their problem that I spent all this money. And finally, that if I didn't bring them the key back right away, they were going to assess me a 250$ fee to get make a new key. Mind you, I had full coverage insurance on the vehicle from the very beginning anyways. But besides that, they didn't know I actually worked at a rental car dealership before. I personally know that it is the lot attendants responsibility to take the key from the drivers. There is no way in hell they were going to be able to charge me for the key, especially since they had already closed my agreement. How could a company act like this? Customer service should always be your main priority, especially when you're vehicles and policy's are the worst in the business. If they're willing to lie to me, after my contracts closed, imagine all the lies they tell you to get you to open one? I would never recommend this company to anyone unless you want to deal with pricks who are young to bully and abuse their customers.
