Cons:No cars when I showed up at scheduled time. They told me to wait an hour no cars in hour, never had cars

Pros:Nothing.
Cons:Me and several other people arrived late at night to pick up our reserved cars and Payless had literally 0 cars. Had to go to Alamo who did have cars.

Pros:The car got me from point A to point B and back again. A whole 26 miles round trip.
Cons:Up Sale #1: Rented SUV. Told that I had it rented for only 1 day but was required to rent for 2 days and didn't have an SUV but could get a car for same price. Up Sale #2 Was told by parking lot attendant that an inspection would be completed when i left the garage. No inspection ever completed except for validating the car was the correct car. When I returned the next day, I was told that I had scratch the needs a claim to be filled out. Up Sale #3 Final inspection they told me the gas was low. I had only driven 26 miles round trip and had filled up 13 miles prior to returning the car. The fuel needle had barely moved my entire trip.

Cons:Had difficulty finding the actual registration desk. Confusing multiple floors/signing. Didn’t know Payless was also Avis.

Pros:The car was ready when I showed up to get it. Clean, gassed up, all set to go!

Cons:I called the company to ensure they would be open which I was told yes they would be. When I showed up at 8:30pm, they were closed because of the curfew. Hertz was open though and I was forced to rent a car from them which was much more money. I understand the curfew, but wish I was informed they could not complete my transaction to allow to try and make other arrangements. I also have not been reimbursed from Payless car rental.

Pros:Great car--easy friendly return.
Cons:The guy we picked up the car from barely said a few words to us--very difficult to communicate with.

Pros:They did help find an alternative with another agency that was no more expensive. No real delay in getting a car.
Cons:They were unable to provide me a car due to a rather minimal delayered arrival
