Cons:pick-up and drop off locations were different.
Cons:I was in line for nearly 30 minutes . . .
Pros:It was easy to get to from the airport, car rental upgraded, and easy drop off. It was my first time renting a car and I'd be happy to do it again. Thanks!
Pros:Staff seemed tired and overworked.
Cons:The car was scary. It pulled hard to the right and the steering wheel would wobble at speed and when stopping

Cons:They charged me for not bringing back a full tank even though I filled up and presented the receipt at the time of return. It took multiple phone calls and a lot of time to find the receipt and send it in after the fact to prove I didn't deserve the charge. It seems like they do this to try and squeeze a little more out of you
