Pros:to make sure I get compensated. I had to rent a car the same day for double the price sin e thrifty had ni car.

Pros:The lady who was working around 12/23 9:30pm on the 7th floor on thrifty was very unfriendly. Seems like she was annoyed to every customer and can’t find any professionalism on her attitude.

Cons:My reservation was at 8AM but I did not get my car until 9:30AM.
Pros:The car was great and clean. The drop off was quick and easy.
Cons:The pickup too way too long. I stood in line for about an hour. There were not enough employees serving customers. It also takes too long to pick up a car that you have already resererved. It should be much quicker than 10-15 mins per customer.

Cons:I booked a Chevrolet SUV with Thrifty via Kayak for one day. I got a charge from Hertz Rental, the amount is $45, not the same as the car I booked. Someone is stealing my identity. It's not a large amount but I feel unsecure when using Kayak.com. There is no protection, so be careful when you use this site. I will never use Kayak.com again. Bad experience!!!!
Pros:The price was right. Picked up in San Jose...dropped off in Oakland before returning to Southern California
Cons:San Jose airport rental counter...need more Agents. One took break, leaving 1 lady to service line of 10 or more customers. She was very good and prompt, but more coverage required at peak travel arrival times.
