Cons:

The staff was super friendly, the price was right but the cleanliness of the interior could have been better. There were crumbs and pieces of food and a big area of stickiness around the seat divider and cup holders - probably just a spilled soda but still, in the time of covid you want the entire car to be clean.

Intermediate SUV

It was terrible. I got this service representative at the front desk that was soooo terrible, in a huge bad mood and very inflexible to accommodate my request. I needed to change an electric car to a hybrid one. Sandra was so bad that I had to cancel my reservation and go to Enterprise Rent a Car. I will never go back to Hertz.
