The battery on the rental car died, nothing was left on or open. Having to jump start a rental car twice was a real pain. The vehicle wasn’t cleaned well. There was a dental flosser and gum in it from the previous renter.10.0 Wonderful

Didn't have the car I reserved available because they overbooked and a "glitch" in their system (bull). Was forced to pay extra for an "upgrade" to rent, unless I wanted to "wait around" for when a car would show up. What's the point of reservations then!?8.0 Very good

The owner of the grass valley location is friendly but the car a rented did not meet my expectationsCons:
Ive never rented from hertz. When I picked up my car they only had a Kia Forte that and he “didn’t have time to clean it” the car had been returned from Vegas. contract was still in the car.
