Ive never rented from hertz. When I picked up my car they only had a Kia Forte that and he “didn’t have time to clean it” the car had been returned from Vegas. contract was still in the car. The thing I enjoyed the most was that there was no outrageous amount of fees tacked on for a different drop off location. Very reasonable rate, newer clean car, best car rental experience so far. Would definitely rent from them again in the future.8.8 Very good
