Upon arriving to the hotel we walked through the front door and was greeted with an attitude from the front desk. Didn’t really care too much about it as we just drove 4 1/2 hours and got there at 10:30 at night went up to the room to find the hot tub was nasty the floors were disgusting with stains on them we don’t care too much about the stains but the hot tub was disappointing main reason why w...

Mattress was uncomfortable, not sure why, it had padding on it. Breakfast fruit sad & a few days old. Wish checking clerk had mentioned falls illuminated at night as we checked in at 7 & could have gone. It was very quiet though.

Pros (+) I was very comfortable, breakfast was good typical continental breakfast including hot items as well. Kids love the pool very clean and the water was warm. This location was a 10 to 15 min walk (our kids are 5 and 8) to the state park for falls viewing. we could even see part of the fireworks from our room
