The pickup process was simple, but the drop off location had been temporarily closed without any notification. Because of this, I had to return my car to a different location and call for about an hour to be retroactively reimbursed, a really annoying process.Reviewed Dec 22 2021

Pros:Pickup and drop off went fine.Cons:The seats were awful. The reason I rented the Full Size SUV was to have a better seat for a long drive The KIA Sorrento did not have ant adjustments fo the seat angle or lumbar and were like sitting in a wood chair.Reviewed Oct 26 2020

An overall good experiencePros:Pick-up of the vehicle was very easy. Also, drop off on Sunday(closed) was also easy via the on-site drop box. The car was also clean.Cons:Shortly after leaving this location(after location had closed) it became very apparent that one of the tires on the vehicle had a very slow leak which was a nagging issue throughout the entire trip. The tire pressure was lower than the rest upon pick-up but I did not expect that it was actually leaking, simply under filled.Reviewed Sep 17 2018

Poor serviceCons:The drop off location was closed. They had told me there was a key drop off but did not tell me it was next door. They tried to charge me $409 to drop off at airport. Then $70 for lick out charge if I left Key on car. This morning I received an extra $70 charge not sure why. Poor service felt like they were unsupportive and would not take responsibility for their error and were happy to set me up to charge extra. I will be sure to tell everyone of this poor experience.Reviewed Jul 23 2018

Cons:Car was not reserved at the Airport location. Website is not clear where the location of the car is. Airport was out of cars, so we took an Uber. Hertz will not refund any of the rental price. Will not use Kayak again.Reviewed May 16 2018
