Pros:Provided a vehicle.Cons:Reserved a Mazda because we are considering purchasing one. Great opportunity to "test drive" for a couple of days. Staff upgraded us to a larger full sized Ford. Had been helping a relative move to a rural area of South Carolina and was unable to park his truck and trailer at car rental counter. Knew we would have to drop off my spouse to pick up the rental so reserved with her credit card. I waited in cell phone parking area of airport and included my DL and insurance info along with her, but agent would not add me as additional driver. So, less experienced, nervous operator got stuck with all the driving in Charleston for 2 days. She was NOT a happy camper!Reviewed Jun 12 2021

Quick booking and checkoutPros:When my flight got delayed we decided to rent a car and drive in order to make our connection. I booked on kayak in less than a minute while sitting at the gate. Car was ready for us 5 mins later when we got yo the rental desk.Reviewed Jun 2 2018
