Cons: Booked for a full size car, the store didnt have it and they didnt even call me to explain the situation. They just gave me a upper level car and told me my total amount is more than what i have booked for. When i asked them for the reason than they said they dont have any car. Normally i never had problem with them before, but this time i am disappointed.

No Car Reserved
Cons: I received an email confirming my reservation with Hertz, and when I went to pick the car up, there were no cars available. The young man at Hertz wasn't very friendly, and he told me that a reservation confirmation doesn't guarantee a car. This makes no sense to me.

Cons: Immediately after reservation I received email confirmation. Six hours later I received next email that my reservation was cancelled. In the meantime I didn't have opportunity to review my emails. Next day after coming to the Hertz location I was informed that they don't have a car for me. I was treated in very unpleasant way when I tried to contest that situation. The office manager also call the police asking them to come to the location because I don't want to leave their office. Police officer- after listening what happened - decided to help me out and gave me a ride to find different car rental company. If he would not help me (police officer) I would not have a chance to come on time to air port for my flight to Europe. Because I was forced to rent last minute car from different car rental I paid twice more for the rental. Also there was very a stressful situation for me. This is the last time I will rent a car from Hertz. Moreover I will inform all my friends not to rent a car from Hertz.
